The company acquires, operates and actively manages dry, liquid and breakbulk terminals, as well as other logistics and energy infrastructure assets throughout North America. Headquartered outside of Boston, MA and in New York City, Enstructure was founded in 2016 by co-CEOs, Philippe De Montigny and Matthew Satnick.
